I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for the incredible program you brought to the Ozark Radio Network in
September. Our clients were BLOWN away by your presentations. The three client seminars went very well. As a matter
of fact we closed 6 new annual contracts within a week of your presentation that more than paid for our "measly"
investment for your program. (Measly was taken from a Paulism!)
Our sales team is still quoting some of your "Paulisms" - from your sales and creative sessions you had with the
team. We are definitely breaking through the CRAP-A-SPHERE down here in West Plains.

Thanks again for a great seminar. This is unlike any seminar our station has ever been a
part of. We send our sales staff to seminars each year, but this is the first time we've
had our customers in attendance. You showed them once and for all, radio and TV stations
